Refund policy

At Kunknot, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our return policy is tailored to accommodate our wholesale and custom product customers while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

However, please note the following regarding custom products:

  • Custom Products: Custom products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, as they are specifically created based on your order specifications. We encourage you to double-check all customization details before placing your order.
  • Wholesale Orders: For bulk or wholesale orders, returns are accepted with a 15% restocking fee only if the products are defective or damaged upon receipt. Returns for other reasons will not be accepted.

To initiate a return for non-custom items, please contact us at sales@kunknot.com. You will be provided with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at sales@kunknot.com. We will assess the situation and provide a solution, which may include a return, replacement, or refund.

    Exchanges

    We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item. While we do offer exchange services, please note that the exchanged product must meet the same conditions as a return (unused, with tags, and in original packaging).

    EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

    For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. The product must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

    Refunds

    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
